The objectives
The objectives
Building a cohesive brand system for a modern gelateria with strong roots and a clear point of view.
Intenso had quality, ambition, and a distinctive concept, but lacked a structured and professional brand system to support its growth. Our role was to redefine and formalize the brand from the ground up. We redesigned the logo, established a refined typographic and color system, and developed a clear visual language that reflects both tradition and contemporary sensibility.
Beyond identity, we translated the brand into the physical space. From new interior and exterior signage to a modular flavor display system, packaging updates, and a large-scale custom illustration installed in the shop, every touchpoint was redesigned to create consistency, clarity, and impact. The result is a brand that feels intentional, confident, and built to scale.

Intenso is not a nostalgic, old-school gelateria. While rooted in traditional craftsmanship, it positions itself as a modern, quality-driven concept led by a new generation. The challenge was to clarify this identity visually and strategically.
We needed to preserve the warmth and Italian heritage while introducing stronger design discipline, clearer hierarchy, and a system that could grow with the business. This included rethinking how flavors are presented, how the brand lives in space, and how customers experience it both physically and digitally.
